Who we are

chatting.agency is a B2B chatting and PPV management agency for adult content creators and agencies. For anything in this policy, write to team@chatting.agency.

This site is for business partners: creators and agency operators. It is intended for adults aged 18 or over. The work we do concerns adult platforms; the site itself contains no explicit content.

What we collect, and why

The forms on this site (the application form, the Script Vault, the careers form) collect what you type into them: name, email, creator handle, platform selections, revenue bands, and any notes you choose to add. We collect it for one reason: to evaluate and respond to your application or request.

The site sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, so loading this site makes no third-party requests at all.

Where your data goes

When you submit a form, the data is relayed by our own endpoint to a private, access-controlled Telegram channel that only our senior team reads. It is processed by Telegram (message delivery) and Vercel (site hosting and form relay) as infrastructure providers. If the relay is unavailable, your browser may offer to send the same information by email instead.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Retention and your rights

Application data is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant to the conversation you started, and deleted when it is not.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: email team@chatting.agency from the address you applied with, and it is done.

Discretion

Discretion is part of the product. Client identities, account data and performance figures are covered by NDA as standard, and we treat applicant information with the same discipline.
