The honest number

How much do OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue agencies actually charge? Here's the real number, and ours.

Every agency site buries this page or hides it behind a call. We're putting the market rate in writing, then showing you exactly where we sit inside it.

The deal, in one line

You keep every dollar you already earned. We only ever touch a slice of the growth we build on top of it.

No retainer, no setup fee, no lock-in. The rate slides down as you scale, so the bigger you get, the smaller our cut.

The market, not just us

What agencies charge in 2026, three models

Pull the rate cards and the creator-forum complaints together and three pricing shapes show up, again and again.

Revenue share

20% at the honest end, 50% is the commonly reported industry norm, and predatory shops stack fees until they clear 60% to 70%+ of your entire net. Documented creator disputes describe losing $100k+ over a year to exactly this. In practice the percentage almost never drops once it's set, and it rarely gets negotiated down either.

Flat retainer

$500 to $2,000/mo for basic account work, $5,000 to $10,000+/mo for full production and marketing. Same bill whether the month is dead or huge.

Hybrid

A smaller retainer, often $500 to $1,500/mo, stacked with a smaller cut, usually 15% to 25%. Reads cheaper than either model alone. Rarely is.

Before you sign anything

The tell that you're about to overpay

The numbers above aren't the real tell. The real tells are structural: commission calculated on gross instead of net (it quietly inflates your real rate), a retainer stacked on top of a percentage (the same dollar taken twice), a 12-to-36-month lock-in with no exit clause, or anyone asking for your platform password. Those show up in the disputes that actually go bad far more reliably than the percentage itself.

Ranges reflect a July 2026 pass through creator lawsuits and testimonials, investigative reporting on agency practices, and Russian-language industry chatter inside closed agency Telegram channels, not agency-published rate cards, which tend to undersell their own take. We're not naming names.

How we actually price

No retainer on the core work. You only pay when the number moves.

Our own rate slides from 30% down to 20% as your net climbs, shown below: pure revenue share, uncapped upside for you, nothing owed on a slow month. Training and white-label wholesale work are scoped and quoted per job instead, because a flat rate for a beginner and a flat rate for a rented chatter farm are lying about the same number.

30%

Just starting

Under $10k / mo net

  • Real humans in your inbox around the clock, never a script on autopilot
  • Every fan tagged and sorted, so nobody ready to spend gets treated like a stranger
  • PPV drops built and timed for your actual audience

Needs a minimum of steady daily traffic before we take you on.

25%

Scaling

$10k to $100k / mo net

  • Three operators on your account, never one overworked chatter
  • Scripts built around how your fans actually behave, not a generic template
  • A tailored upsell ladder, not just "buy this"
  • One person who owns your account and answers straight to you

20%

Top tier

$100k+ / mo net

  • Closers who speak your fans' language and match where they're from
  • A team built for real volume and your biggest spenders
  • We know what makes each fan tick, and price the offer accordingly
  • You see the numbers daily: what closed, what didn't, and why
Is revenue share or a flat retainer better for me?

If you're under $10k/mo, a retainer can outrun what a percentage would cost, so we don't push it, that's what Tier 1 training is for. Once you're consistently clearing five figures, revenue share wins for you almost every time: the agency only gets paid by growing the number, not by billing you whether it shows up or not.

What's a normal cut for a chatting-only agency versus one that also runs your marketing?

Chatting and PPV alone typically run lower than an agency that also handles your content and paid ads, think the 20% to 30% band versus 30%+ once marketing and production get added. Compare the scope, not just the number.

Does chatting.agency ever charge a retainer?

Not on the managed tier. That's revenue share only. Training and white-label wholesale work are the two places we do quote a fixed price, because those are scoped jobs, not ongoing management of your inbox.
