Sitting on a vault, counting pennies
Dahlia had the following of someone making several times her income. The bottleneck wasn’t reach, it was that she treated her back catalogue like it was spent. Two years of content, gathering dust, while she shot new sets to make rent.
To you it’s old. To someone who found you last week, it’s the entire library.
What we did
- Inventoried the archive. Two years of content, re-tiered into PPV drops priced for new spenders who’d never seen any of it.
- Cut reply time to under two minutes. A staffed team meant fewer fans waited long enough to cool off and walk.
- Layered the platforms. OnlyFans for tempo, Fansly for the bolder material, same creator, two rhythms.
Four months in, net more than doubled. A little over a quarter of the new total came from work she’d already finished and forgotten.
